This is the equivalent of 13.5 hours of GP/Nurse time wasted.

Please be mindful of other patients, if you do not need the appointment or are unable to make it, ring surgery and cancel when possible.

We are aware how difficult it is to book appointments and to loose 81 appointments would make a difference.
